On 30 July 2009, the panel of the General Court Martial of Corporal M.A. Wilcox, held at Victoria Park, Sydney Garrison, Sydney, Nova Scotia, returned a verdict of guilty on charges number two and number three on the charge sheet and directed a stay of proceedings in respect of charge number one on the charge sheet.
