Charges:
• Charge 1: S. 130 NDA, sexual assault (s. 271 CCC).
• Charge 2 (alternate to charge 3): S. 93 NDA, behaved in a disgraceful manner.
• Charge 3 (alternate to charge 2): S. 130 NDA, an indecent act (s. 173(1) CCC).
• Charge 4: S. 129 NDA, conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline.
Results:
• FINDINGS: Charge 1: Guilty of the lesser and included offence of common assault. Charges 2, 3: Withdrawn. Charge 4: Guilty.
• SENTENCE: A reprimand and a fine in the amount of $1000.
