• Charge 3 (alternate to charge 2): S. 93 NDA, behaved in a disgraceful manner.
• Charge 4: S. 129 NDA, conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline.
Results:
• FINDINGS: Charge 1: Withdrawn. Charge 2: A stay of proceedings. Charges 3, 4: Guilty.
• SENTENCE: A severe reprimand and a fine in the amount of $4400.
