The Office of the CMJ retains judicial decisions rendered since its creation in September 1997. Decisions rendered between 1997 and 2003 inclusively are currently being reviewed to conform to the standards established by the Canadian Judicial Council for publication. Summaries of decisions from 2000 to 2003 can be researched on this website. To obtain a copy of any document, exhibit or other things connected with any court proceeding, please complete and submit the request form.
